Approach to therapy
Melissa uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive support to help clients move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling equipped.
For clients who prefer it, Christian counseling can be thoughtfully incorporated into the work.
